Why We Have to Feel to Heal

Source: The Mind Unleased

The shunning of feelings, especially in Westernized culture, has left a deep scar in our psyches. Some of the most profound therapy for the spirit comes from truly experiencing our emotions, so how do we heal when we simply can’t feel?

Ironically, to ‘shun’ our feelings leaves our ‘shen’ wounded. Shen is what the ancient Chinese called the spark of the divine within us. Shen manifests in many ways including the ability to forgive, show compassion, appreciate beauty, and have mercy for others, but we are taught from a very young age that our feelings are ‘bad’ or ‘wrong,’ and then spend a lifetime wondering why we suffer from ailments as varied as cancer or rheumatoid arthritis.

E-motion is energy that cannot move. It is trapped. It is this stagnation that is thought to cause disease. When we feel an emotion we are actually feeling the movement of energy through our bodies. Our refusal to feel means that we biochemically and biophysically halt energetic freedom.

Science is still trying to catch up with ancient philosophies which understood how important ‘feelings’ actually are to our overall physical and mental well-being. We just now are starting to draw the correlations between certain pains in the body and their correspondence to unfelt feelings.

A woman who was once suicidal until she learned to truly feel her feelings has these four questions you can ask yourself to help you get unstuck from feelings that are difficult to experience:

1. Is it true?
2. Can you absolutely know that it’s true?
3. How does it make you feel when you think the thought (…..)?
4. Who would you be without the thought (….)?

Energy in Motion = Emotion

Socrates understood that energy is separate from matter as we have conventionally defined it. The Universe is made up of oscillating, moving, swirling energy, and so are you. This energy was present long before the earth ever formed.

Since your body is nothing more than an amalgamation of energy vibrating at a certain velocity, then you can understand how stagnant emotion or energy would cause the ‘water to dirty’ in the clear pool of our divine being.

“It’s not something you can say in 25 words or less. It is a whole new paradigm shift that basically leads you to realize you’re not alone. You are connected to everybody else. Your emotions are key. And you are leaving a wake, changing the world around you in a huge way.” ~ Candice Pert

In fact, unconscious emotion – that is the energy we have ‘frozen’ within our bodies, is usually ruling us. Anger, fear, hatred, lust, greed, cowardice, hurt, sadness, etc. are not inherently ‘bad,’ but if they are not felt fully when experienced we usually form unconscious habits surrounding those emotions which then eventually manifest as disease.

Bruce Lipton, and other researchers, including Russian cosmonauts learned that feelings trigger the release of tiny neuropeptides (NPs). These are absolutely critical for metabolic functioning. NPs are responsible for regulating hundreds of different functions, including the release of hormones in the body.

Still other researchers, including Candice Pert, a Chief Scientist of brain biochemistry at the National Institutes of Health, determined that every emotional state carries with it, a specific, identifiable frequency. When we feel ‘positive emotions’ like joy or thankfulness, our neuropeptides tell the body to release endorphins like oxytocin, which make us feel happy – creating a self-fulfilling prophecy-like feedback loop. While feeling negative emotions doesn’t cause an immediate dump of stress hormones, the prolonged presence of these emotions (usually buried in our subconscious) causes all matter of havoc to ensue within the body’s communication systems and hormonal flow.

“As our feelings change, this mixture of peptides travels throughout your body and your brain. They are literally changing the chemistry of every cell in your body.” ~ Candice Pert

Where do Unfelt Feelings Go?

In ancient yogic texts, we learn that unfelt emotions get stored in the body, but where do they go, exactly?

Rejected feelings not only get stored in our physical bodies, they get warehoused in our energetic bodies. When we bump into someone who triggers a feeling of shame, sadness, or hurt, it usually means that they are triggering the memory of an unfelt feeling which has been shunned and placed (temporarily) into our energetic storage locker – the chakra system. Instead of being angry at those people for showing you where your wounds are, you can use their presence as a cue to start feeling some of your old, dusty, discarded feelings.

The more they make you feel ___________ (insert unpleasant feeling) the more the opportunity for healing is present.

The Chakra system is also connected to the physical body, and can be very telling about energy that is stagnant or stored therein.

The lower three chakras, the Root, Sacral and Solar Plexus chakras are ruled by what is called Goddess or Mother Energy and our intuition. They keep us grounded to the earth – our home. The heart chakra in the middle considered the bridge between our base emotions and the higher, spiritual abilities.

The upper three chakras – the throat, third eye, and crown chakras are governed by divine inspiration. All of the chakras are important, and store emotions according to their governance. For instance, if you are a workaholic, and have issues with trust you have stored unfelt emotion in your root or sacral chakras. If you have issues with speaking your truth, or being honest with yourself or others, you likely have stagnant energy in the throat chakra.

Letting the Flood Gates Open

When we meditate, or practice using other spiritual tools, we are really not changing anything about ourselves or our experience. We are already divine beings. What we are doing, is allowing, with love and consciousness, the stored emotion to flow freely again. Once this energy is consciously felt, it no longer has to be rehashed over and over again by the subconscious mind.

From this more conscious place, we can literally change our vibrations, alter our physiology, and be ‘cured’ from every possible ailment imaginable.

To heal, we must feel, and from this profound place of peace, we return to our wholeness.

The Three Essential Components in Living a Happy Life

The Three Essential Components in Living a Happy Life

There are three key components when it comes to living a happy life. We’re going to explore each one and give a basic rundown of them. With the proper mindset and attitude these three components have the potential to increase your happiness exponentially. It’s all dependent upon how you use them.

Acceptance Puzzle Piece Complete Inner Peace Admit Fault Shortco

Acceptance word on a 3d blue puzzle piece and a hole with the word Peace to illustrate the inner satisfaction and harmony you feel by admitting or accepting a shortcoming or fault

The first component in maintaining a happy life is Acceptance. Acceptance embraces what is and allows a more natural and fulfilling life to manifest. Acceptance doesn’t place expectations or requirements upon others or yourself. It constantly is aware of what is and doesn’t seek to change or modify it. Life is much easier when we accept the present. Whenever we become unhappy it is because we are failing to accept something. Peace is found within acceptance, because acceptance is peace. Accept that you are peace and you shall be peaceful.

Acceptance makes it easier to accept oneself by embracing your character defects and faults. Everything about you is perfect, even what you view as being a testament of a deficiency or lack. What you lack isn’t necessarily bad, when you accept your shortcomings and faults you can truly be yourself. What we lack is meant to help us appreciate what we have, in essence, when you understand this you see that even your lacks are testaments of abundance. You cannot lack something you already have in abundance, thus lack becomes another gateway to the realization of abundance within oneself. For all of existence is abundance and only the abundant can come to believe themselves as lacking. Thus our sense of lack is actually proof of abundance deriving from our free-will.

When we form attachments over certain ideas we believe it will provide the happiness we’re searching for. These attachments come in various forms, it could be as simple as wanting the approval of others or getting a big sale at your job. These attachments/desires are the root to our suffering. We emotionally identify with our ideas, thus creating a black and white paradigm. When we don’t get our way we react negatively because we invested so much emotional energy into what we desired. Desires are natural, you cannot live without them, but when our desires become the only thing we deem acceptable, we harm ourselves. We close our consciousness to other experiences and modes of acquiring wisdom that could be beneficial to us. Acceptance accepts what is present in the NOW moment, it embraces what is and finds the easier and softer way to get to where we want to be.

For example, let’s say you want pizza, you go to a restaurant and they don’t have any pizza, you were so fixated on getting pizza that you become upset and irritated. Your emotional charged desire created a situation where you overreacted when the prospect of not getting some pizza presented itself to you. Which caused emotions flair to the point where you could proper make a decision on what to do next. What acceptance would do in this situation is different, acceptance would accept the fact they have no pizza. Acceptance allows you to properly make a decision on what to do next. Acceptance would see that we could just go to another restaurant that serves pizza or it would see that perhaps there may be something new that we haven’t tried yet that we should. That’s how acceptance works, it embraces the present moment and allows the individual to make choices that can improve the present NOW. When we lack acceptance we fight what is and when we fight what is, we fight ourselves; because we are what is.

excuses vs resp

The second component to living a happier life is Responsibility. We must take responsibility over our own lives. No one is going to save us and if we want to be happy than we have to understand that only YOU can make yourself happy. Others will not make you feel good, boozes and drugs will not make you happy and a vicarious lifestyle will not satisfy. Only you are capable of making yourself happy. When you look at the word responsibility you can see two words in it. That being response and ability. Responsibility is the ability to to control our responses. You are responsible for how you react to events and things in your life. If you keep investing your sense of worth in things that are external, you become subject to the ebbs and flows of things outside your control. When we take responsibility of our own life we see that we have a choice. No matter what happens in our life we have a choice in how we react to it. Be responsible and choose how you want to respond to any given situation. If you want to be happy, than take the initiative and find the positive in whatever you experience.

For example, let’s say you get into a accident on your way to work. You could respond by getting worked up and negative about what happened. You could think to yourself “How am I going to pay for this?” or “I have a big sale today that needs to be closed at work, this wasn’t suppose to happen.” Anger would start to arise and it would affect your ability to think clearly and make proper decisions. That’s how the old you would react, but the new you, that uses responsibility in one’s life wouldn’t fret over this.

The new you would accept what is and take responsibility over how your going to react to this event. The new you would remain calm and call AAA and get your car towed. The new you wouldn’t worry about the big sale, but instead would call work to inform them you will be late. You would take responsibility by working within the present moment and do what you can do in the present moment. Then let’s say perhaps someone stops to make sure your ok, you start talking to this woman/man and hit it off really well and not only that but this person ends up being the women or man you marry. Since you remained calm by not getting worked up over things you cannot control you were able to properly be present in the moment and create a lasting relationship out of a situation that would have been deemed “bad” by your old self.

Many times we as individuals fall into the pattern of blaming others for our problems. We do this because many of us fear the prospect of being the sole contributor to our misery. We’ve diluted our sense of self to the point where we don’t want to accept anything that goes against our idea of who we are. We refuse to take responsibility of our lives because then it would unambiguously conclude that we ourselves are the source of our unhappiness and misery. We use ignorance to shield us from this sense of fear. As the saying goes “Ignorance is Bliss

Your responsible for yourself and how you react to life. Take responsibility in the present moment and be aware of the various opportunities that present themselves to you. Taking responsibility helps reinforce acceptance by giving you the tools to decide how you react to situation. Eventually you see that your internal state of being, your happiness, is your own responsibility. You have the choice to be happy no matter the circumstances.

forgive-others-1024x1024

The third component to happiness is ForgivenessForgiveness isn’t the act of letting others off the hook. Forgiveness is the releasing of burdens you’ve taken upon yourself. These burdens are toxic to you and you alone. Your negative beliefs of others are your own negativity. They influence you the most, not others. Your negative thinking will make your life more negative Many times we hold resentments and grudges against others in an attempt to make them feel guilty, but yet these individuals whom we direct our resentment towards are unaffected by our resentments. Many of us develop the guilt paradigm because of family dynamics. We discover that making our loved ones feel guilty works towards getting what we want. This is disempowering behavior though since we essentially equates others as being the means to getting what we want. Plus when we get out in the real world we discover this doesn’t work with the average Joe, thus its a self-defeating behavior based upon its lack of efficiency.

When we refuse to forgive essentially we’re giving our power away to others. We’re investing into the idea that others have the capacity to hurt, offend or influence us. If someone does something that we believe is bad or wrong, we react negatively. The truth is though, even if someone does something we don’t necessarily agree with, we have the choice to react negatively or positively. The best way to respond to someone who is being negative is to infuse the present moment with more love. Forgiveness is a very powerful positive force when utilized properly. Forgiveness allows you to accept others for who they are and take responsibility for your own happiness.

Forgiveness allows more light and love to enter into your life, thus resulting in the increase of happiness in one’s life. Emotions are stored within our body and whenever we hold onto a emotion it manifests within our physical vessel. When we let go of resentments, we open up parts of our body that can be imbued with love and happiness. You cannot fill a cup if it already is full. One must empty their cup in order to be filled. Forgiveness helps us empty our cup of polluted and muddy water so that it can be filled with pure life giving water.

Forgiveness does not absolve others of their wrongdoing. They still have to answer for what they’ve done. Karma is not something that can be avoided, because with each and every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. Everything that we do and project into this world comes back to us. When we forgive others we remove ourselves from the negative karmic pattern. We allow the Universal Creator to do as he/she sees fit. There is no need for us to get entangled in negative patterns that could be detrimental to our well-being. As the saying goes, “Let go and let God.

let-go-let-god

We’ve gone over the three key components of happiness. Of course each one of these could be elaborated upon ad infinitum. What we’ve explored is the foundation. With this understanding you can keep adding to it as you see fit. Take what works for you and adopt it into your life. That’s the key to life, finding what works for you. You may not necessarily agree with everything, but you may agree with some or a lot of it. Take what works for you and use it to improve your life, but always be open to new ideas and concepts. Don’t allow your preferences to dictate what is right for you, allow your true self to reveal what is right for you.

For the past few weeks the wheels of geopolitics have been churning the mud during a summer “ceasefire.” That is now ending.

The German government has made a decisive break with the Khazarian mafia and has ordered its citizens to stockpile 10 days worth of emergency food supplies in preparation for a war of independence, according to both CIA and MI6 sources. In addition, the German
government is mobilizing 600,000 militia members in preparation for this war, the sources say.

The trigger for this mobilization was a request by the Khazarian controlled US government for Germany to accept a massive false flag attack on its territory as an excuse for totalitarian Khazarian rule. The Germans have decided to refuse this request and are instead allying themselves with the Russians and effectively joining the UK and Turkey in a Western led move against the Khazarian controlled American government, the sources agree.

This information can be confirmed in a series of German government statements seen in the corporate media. These include the announcement of the emergency food supply request, a statement by the German foreign minister that Germany needs to work
with Russia and a statement by the economy minister that the US Khazarian led TTIP trade agreement was dead in the water.

The German move is just the opening salvo of what is expected to be a decisive campaign to permantently end Khazarian control of the West and its remaining slave states. Expect similar moves in many countries as the autumn offensive against the final Khazarian mafia strongholds goes into full gear. As the snowball effect continues, keep your eyes on France, Japan, Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Brazil among other places over the coming months.

Another clear signal that things are not as normal is the fact that Khazarian Presidential canditate Hillary Clinton has become too scared to meet actual real people and has begun using green screen to tape her campaign performances. That is because the people on the bounty list issued by the White Dragon Society have been vanishing from public view one by one. That is also because her mass murdering Bush /Clinton/Rockefeller mafia bosses are hated by a vast portion of the world’s awakening public,

The Chinese, for their part, have given up on Hillary and, since they also have no love for Republican Candidate Donald Trump, are now considering a more radical move. They have invited Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to visit China before the big September 4-5 G20 meeting the Chinese are hosting. Sources in Asian secret societies say the Chinese will ask Trudeau if he would be interested in leading a Mexican/American/Canadian North American alliance.

It is not clear, however, just how aware of reality Trudeau is. The Canadian corporate press parrots its US counterparts like the New York Times in presenting outright lies as facts. In their world view it was not the Saudis and their Bush/Clinton allies who used Sarin gas in Syria but rather the “dictator Assad” (never mind that he was elected in an internationally observed poll). In their world view as well Russia’s Vladimir Putin is an evil dictator who invaded the Crimean Peninsula. The same press holds to the world view that Hillary Clinton is the reasonable status quo candidate and that Donald Trump is a crazy maniac who must not be allowed to have power.

This writer’s own mother, who gets her information from Canadian Newspapers and the Canadian Broadcast Corporation (CBC) held views along these lines. Robert Fulford, a prominent Canadian writer (not a direct relative of your correspondent), for example, wrote an editorial in the Canadian press that also went along with this world view. So it is quite possible Trudeau is still too brainwashed to understand the historical opportunity the Asians are going to offer him.

In any case, the Chinese are going to try to make the most of the G20 meeting they are hosting. They have invited countries that are not in the G20 to participate as well as top European Union leaders in a sign they are going to push hard for big changes in the way this planet is run. The meeting follows months of concerted selling of US Treasury bonds by central banks all over the world. This time it is clear the Asians are not going to let the usual criminals take over after the US corporate government’s bankruptcy negotiations conclude.

The owners of the Federal Reserve Board system for their part, are locked in a death spiral. They are printing their own fiat money, to buy shares and corporate bonds issued by their own companies. It is like a snake swallowing its own tail. Everybody else, including gold fashioned pension fund managers and other institutional investors with integrity, are avoiding the entire cesspool that US financial markets have become.

That is the real reason why Fed Chairperson Janet Yellen hinted at raising interest rates last week. If they do try to raise interest rales, it will have the opposite effect of what they expect, because it will be seen as a sign of desperation, not strength. Even looting the Japanese National Pension fund to the tune of over $100 billion is not enough to help these criminal keep their empire solvent. The situation has become such that Jacob de Rothschild has warned that the system of central banks his family was instrumental in creating was headed for systems failure.

The Rand Corporation, a war mongering neo-con think tank, has reacted to the situation by saying the US should declare war on China sooner rather than later. However, they are about 10 years too late to make that call. At the time the Pentagon ran simulation after simulation involving a war with China and the result was always the same, the loser would unleash nuclear war and the result would be that 90% of the world’s population dies and the Northern Hemisphere of the planet becomes uninhabitable. That is the same reason why the Asians are not going to do anything arrogant that will provoke the military industrial complex into choosing mutually assured destruction.

Instead, the brainy part of the military industrial complex is already dealing with the situation with the compelling argument that we do not want to replace Khazarian mob rule with Chinese totalitarianism. The Japanese, Koreans, Indonesians, Vietnamese, Indians and others understand this argument as do the Chinese.

In the Middle East, the Pentagon is keeping to its deal with the Russians to divide their regions of influence along the Euphrates river with the Russians getting what is West of it while the Americans get what is East of it. The Turks are also now going along with this. The fighting now going on in the region is against mercenary armies working for oil companies still controlled by the Clinton/Bush/Rockefeller mafia.

The Israelis have also figured this out and have invited the Russians in to try to help them find peace with their neighbors. This will mean they will have to give up their Messianic delusions about ruling the world from Jerusalem and accept a fair deal with the Palestinians and others. They no longer have a super power to manipulate into fighting for them and so must learn to be humble.

Earth-based telescope finds ‘Lunar Base’ on the surface of the moon

Source: Ancient Code

Alien Base Moon

Do you believe there are alien bases on the surface of the moon? Is it possible that there are things ‘out there’ that the governments are trying to keep desperately from the public? O

It’s hard to differ the truth from a hoax, but there are certain videos and images that really make you think… what if there is something up there that we aren’t being told about.

One of our favorite quotes that questions what we are being told about the moon and what’s up there comes from Dr. John Brandenbrug, a man who has a Ph.D. in Plasma Physics, who was a consultant at Morningstar Applied Physics LLC, and part-time instructor of Astronomy, Physics, and Mathematics at Madison College and one of the main researchers in NASA’s Clementine Mission to the Moon, which was a joint space project where the Ballistic Missile Defence Organization (BMDO) participated together with NASA in a lunar research program.

“It was (the Clementine Mission) a photo reconnaissance mission basically to check out if someone was building bases on the moon that we didn’t know about. Were they expanding them?”

“Of all the pictures I’ve seen from the moon that show possible structures, the most impressive is an image of a mile wide recto-linear structure. This looked unmistakably artificial, and it shouldn’t be there. As somebody in the space defense community, I look on any such structure on the moon with great concern because it isn’t ours, there’s no way we could have built such a thing. It means someone else is up there.” (source)

Millions of people around the globe firmly believe we are not the only intelligent civilization in the cosmos, and that we have been visited –and still are— by highly advanced alien civilization from elsewhere in the cosmos.

Those who believe aliens are real and visit us every day, also believe it’s very likely that the numerous alleged structures discovered on the surface of the moon are real, and not just part of an elaborate hoax as many skeptics suggest.

In the last couple of years, a significant amount of astronauts, scientists, and highly ranked government officials have joined millions of people around the world in the so-called ‘disclosure-movement’.

The results? The release of hundreds of declassified documents related to alien life and UFO sightings as well as recordings and images that question everything we have been told about the moon.

But that is just from official records.

In addition to ‘official’ documents, in recent years a large number of videos and images have surfaced on the internet which point to the possibly that there are ‘alien’ structures on the surface of the moon which ‘officially speaking’ should not exist.

The below video is ‘another fascinating examples of possible alien structures on the lunar surface’, according to UFOlogists who have seen the footage.

The video footage uploaded to YouTube by user JohnLenardWalson seems to show what appears to be a ‘lunar outpost’ in the northern hemisphere of the moon.

The video which has been tagged as ‘unprecedented evidence of alien bases on the moon’ has attracted both believers and skeptics who have debated the possibility of this being an actual extraterrestrial base.

While some argue that we are looking at the remains of crashed meteorites, others argue that these are just some of the many ‘alien’ structures found on the lunar surface.

However, it is hard to tell what we are looking at actually. While the video is of an acceptable quality, it’s hard to determine whether or not, the alleged structures are in fact part of an alien outpost, or the remains of a crashed meteorite.

What do you think? Is this video the ultimate evidence there are things on the moon that should not exist?

Never Before Revealed In Full: 1st Ever Written Evidence on RAF Bentwaters UFO Sighting

Source: Earth Mystery News

Larry Letter envelopIn this exclusive Earth Mystery News video interview, Larry Warren both reads and comments on his original letter written to his mother January 6, 1981 reporting a UFO sighting at the R.A.F. Bentwaters base, otherwise known as the Rendlesham Forest Incident, predating the now famous Halt Memorandum by a week and is the FIRST written piece of original evidence existing on the topic.

In December 1980, Larry Warren was a member of the Air Force security police stationed at RAF Bentwaters, a NATO base in Great Britain. On the night of the 28th he was on guard duty when he was taken by truck to join other Air Force personnel to investigate a disturbance in a Rendlesham Forest about five miles away, which turned out to be a landed UFO with 3 Beings who appeared from the unidentified craft. This was the third night of UFO activity in the area and by far the most profound. When the men were debriefed the next day, they were warned to tell no one about what they had seen-as “bullets are cheap.”

What is of profound significance here is that this happened in the forest between the two NATO Bases where nuclear missiles were being stored illegally in violation of the Geneva Convention. The significance of secrecy for this event is that this was a nuclear tampering UFO case. The (ONI) Office of Naval Intelligence and the (AFSS) Air Force Security Service came to the base to brief the military witnesses and impose a veil of secrecy that continues until this day.

And so began what would turn out to be the best documented and most significant military-UFO incident in history.

Known as the man who blew open this case publicly, Larry Warren reads the letter he wrote to his mother when he was 19 years old and reflects about what he said for this EMN exclusive interview.
